Gentiles ( other than Jews ) are not included in the law of Moses. The Patriarchs ( People before Abraham ), Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, were not commanded to keep the sabbath day.. These Patriarchs lived long before Moses gave the LAW to the Jews. The law was given to the children of Israel ( the Jews ), after God had brought them out of Egypt. The Sabbath law was given to the Jews not to the Gentiles. Deuteronomy 5:1-15.
Exodus 31:16
The children of Israel ( Jews ) shall keep the sabbath.
Christ is the end of the law. Romans 10:4,
The law and the prophets were until John. (John the baptist) Luke 16:16.
John 19:30. Jesus said, “It is finished!” In Jesus we have redemption through his blood. No-one can be redeemed in the LAW of Moses. Colossians 2:14 Says that the law is nailed to the cross.
Any christian who follows the jewish laws is cursed. However, anyone who follows Jesus instead of the jewish law is free of that curse. Galatians 3:10,13.
Christians are permitted to have a special day for the Lord. However, not because of the sabbath law.
One man considers one day above another: another considers every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
Trinity.
” The Father and the Son and Holy Spirit” are not names for different parts of God, but one name for God because three persons exist in God as one entity.
They cannot be separate from one another. Each person is understood as having the identical essence or nature, not merely similar natures.
Christian doctrine. The unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are three persons in one Godhead.
The doctrine of the Trinity is considered to be one of the central Christian affirmations about God.
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father ( GOD ), the Word ( Jesus ), and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
1 John 5:9 ( kjv ) For there are three ( triune )( triune God ) that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
The majority, of the other bible translations, apart from the king james version, leave out the part of the verse, where it says that the three are one.
