BEST CASSAVA BANANA BREAD INGREDIENTS 1 C CASSAVA FLOUR 3 BANANAS MASHED 3 EGGS PASTURE RAISED ½ C MELTED BUTTER GRASS FED OR OIL OF YOUR CHOICE (COCONUT) ¾ MAPLE SUGAR OR SUGAR OF YOUR CHOICE (BROWN SUGAR) 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT ½ TSP BAKING SODA 1 ½ TSP BAKING POWDER ½ TSP HIMALAYAN SALT 1 ½ CINNAMON YOU CAN ADD MORE IF YOU WANT INSTRUCTIONS GET 2 BOWLS, ONE FOR THE WET INGREDIENTS AND OTHER ONE FOR THE DRY INGREDIENTS. IN ONE BOWL ADD THE MASHED BANANAS, EGGS VANILLA AND MIX, ADD THE BUTTER. ON THE OTHER BOWL MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. POUR THE WET MIX INTO THE DRY MIX AND MIX WITH A SPATULA, DON’T USE THE MIXER OR BELNDER, JUST INCORPORATE THE MIX. IF YOU DON’T THE RESULT WILL BE VERY DIFFERENT AND IT WON’T RISE. ONCE YOU HAVE THE BATTER, GREASE A 10” X 10” MOLD. PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 F, ONCE READY YOU ARE GOING TO BAKE FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES. EACH OVEN AND COUNTRY ARE DIFFERENT SO MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BREAD. YOU CAN ADD PECANS OR WALNUTS, IT’S OPTIONAL. ENJOY!
